College Graduation Gifts

College Graduation gifts?

I need some ideas for grad gifts for my sisters. They are both graduating from Michigan State University, they are twins, one is an engineer and the other is going to med school after spending this next year in Turkey.
Any suggestions for gifts would be appreciated. =)
