College Station Apartments

Accepted into college,but only off campus housing and I’m seventeen!?

My friend and I are planning on moving to college station this July. We both graduated early and got accepted into Blinn college and we’ll transfer to a&m after two semesters. We’ll both be seventeen and I’m not going to lie, we’re spoiled brats, can we still lease the apartment if our parents co-sign? We plan on getting jobs as well, we just don’t know if it’s even possible to be a tenant at this age?

If your parents co-sign? Yes, of course you can rent an apartment as long as your parents cosign and have good credit ratings. Students do it all the time.
