Buses from Nanticoke to Wilkes-Barre/Scranton?…no car?
Hey I am about to go to school at Luzerne County Community College and I want somewhere to live close to campus either walking distance or a bus ride away. I heard nanticoke is kind of dead but cheaper rent but wilkes-barre has a better scene but I need to know how far it is from the school and are there any buses or shuttles that go from wilkes-barre and scranton to LCCC or nanticoke??…and i am a die hard ravens and hate the steelers with every cell of my body..lol..is this steeler or eagle country??..i can live with eagle fans…any info is great..i dont have a car yet so thats why i am wondering..thanks again
NEPA is still Eagle County. You’ll still find some Giants and Steelers Fans, though.
You can’t live in Nanticoke or Wilkes-Barre without a car. There is bus service between Nanticoke and Wilkes-Barre but most lines run only once per hour and stop running around 6pm.
LCCC is about 8 miles from downtown Wilkes-Barre.
