I have a puzzle that needs to be solved can you help me?

Terms:
You are in a pitch black room, with a normal deck of cards.
You need to organize them into 2 decks of equal face up cards.
Your are allowed to go outside but with a blindfold on.
How can you sort the card deck into two decks of equal cards face up?

Go outside and find some to help you get all of the cards face up. Then back inside the room, “deal” the cards into two piles (counting to make sure that you get the “decks” even).
